We perform micro-piles using existing and proven systems available in the market, consisting of threaded rods, reinforced with core cutters, functioning as both drilling line and reinforcement of micro-pile being formed.

During drilling, cement grout is fed through an inner opening, with defined water/cement proportion, and under defined pressure. Pre-injection facilitates installation of a micro-pile at required depth and stabilises walls of the opening. Upon drilling to a required depth, a final injection with cement grout with defined water/cement proportion is then performed.
Applied systems enable simultaneous drilling without protection piping, injection, and reinforcement installation, which significantly affects efficiency of works and reduces mobilisation costs.
